Jon currently serves the company as CFO and Chairman of the Board. Prior to the acquisition of the company, Jon worked 35+ years in Commercial and Corporate Banking with First Union/Wachovia, Regions Bank and Capital Bank. After graduating Newberry High School, he attended Lenoir Rhyne University for his BS in Business Administration. During his career he has served many civic, charitable, and business organizations, including but not limited to: Western Piedmont Homebuilders, Assn. as treasurer; Board member and President of Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce; Founding member of Rutherford County Board of Tourism; NC American Heart Assn State board of Trustees; Piedmont Educational Foundation as trustee and President; Lenoir Rhyne Business Council; Lenoir Rhyne University Alumni Board where he is currently serving. In addition he is a member of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and Greenville-Spartanburg CFO Alliance. In addition Jon works as a business consultant and is a licensed SC Real Estate agent.

Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, Robert moved around with his family a lot as a child. His family settled in Hickory, NC where Robert graduated from high school. He went on to obtain his degree from NC State. Robert has been in the roofing industry for over 15 years, having started out in 2006 as a roofing contractor. After many years of experience in the field, Robert became the owner of Palmetto State Roofing & Sheet Metal Company in March of 2017.

Along with his wife of 10 years, Amy, and two children, Robert moved to Greenville, SC in 2017 when he obtained the company. He enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Matt started with Palmetto State Roofing & Sheet Metal in April 2020. Prior to that he managed a Waffle House for a year, and worked in sales and marketing for the Greenville Drive, the local Minor League Baseball team. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2014 with a degree in Sport & Entertainment Management. Matt has been married to his wife, Jordan, since November 2017, and they have lived in Greenville for 6 years.

Ashley Taylor joined the team in June, 2016.
Professional and efficient, with excellent communication skills, Ashley understands the workings of the administrator role.
Past work experience in customer service for many years, Ashley has been equipped with talents to shine in her position at Palmetto State Roofing as administrator in charge of both trust accounting and reception.
As one of your first points of contact, Ashley’s welcoming personality and keen approach ensure that anything you need will be handled in a professional and timely manner.
Ashley loves to spend her time off with her husband, son, and two dogs. She enjoys traveling and seeing new places as much as she can.

Julie Sullivan joined the team at Palmetto State Roofing in March, 2020. She brings over 10 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and credit. She thrives at organizational skills, customer service, and assisting with any needs within the team. Julie’s considerable financial knowledge is a key factor with building strong relationships with our clients.
Julie is married and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and traveling.

Bryan is a 2010 graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. After interning for Robert Aderholt of the U.S. House of Representatives (4th Congressional District of Alabama), Bryan took a position with Wells Fargo Bank. In 2013 he moved to Wuhan, China where he was a Macroeconomics and ESL professor at Hubei University of Technology. After returning to the U.S. in 2014, he began coursework on his master’s degree in Wake Forest, North Carolina but decided to return home to Greenville 2 years later to be with family. Bryan took a position with Palmetto State Roofing & Sheet Metal in early 2019 as an Account Manager because of his genuine passion for helping people and a desire to see his home - the Upstate - build and grow. As a former athlete and member of the 2009 Collegiate Rugby National Championship team, Bryan now enjoys competitive Disc Golf, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, playing guitar, and being an active participant of the Legere Book Club in Greenville.

I was born and raised in Easley, SC. I graduated from Clemson University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

Well versed in his field, Rocky joined the Palmetto State Roofing team in 1997. He started his career working in the field as a sheet metal fabricator, moved up to a sheet metal foreman, and is now the production manager.
In Rocky’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his teenage son, traveling, and days on the lake with this family.

Adam has been in the construction industry since 2001 primarily working in the residential market. In 2013, he joined a national commercial roofing company working in the technical services department. Adam is now offering his knowledge and experience to Palmetto State roofing as a Project Manager and aiding with production.

Brian is originally from Florida, but has lived in the Upstate since May of 2003. He has his Bachelor’s Degree from Valdosta State University and his Master’s Degree from Clemson University. He’s married with two children and they currently live in the Berea area. His goal is always open, transparent communication with all of our customers, affiliates, business partners and contacts.

Christian has been in the industry as far back as 1997, working part time in sheet metal and logistics for a national roofing company. Joining them full time in 2011, he became a senior level member of their technical services department. Christian now lends his technical knowledge and experience to Palmetto State Roofing, not only in the estimating department, but developing strategic relationships with prominent General Contractors in the area.

Sam originally entered into the roofing industry in 2015 where he was a part of a Technical Services team for a large national roofing company. He started with Palmetto State Roofing as the Estimating Manager in early 2018 where he worked on estimating, submittals, manufacturer warranties and fostering relationships with the General Contractors we do business with.
